Almont Village Ordinance #75 (20.331 Sec. 1) states, in part,  that:

 

Juveniles under the age of 17 may not loiter, idle, wander, stroll or play in, or be found upon public streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks, public buildings, places of amusement and entertainment, vacant lots, or any public place between the hours of 10:30 PM and until 5:00 AM the following day.

 

Exceptions:

 

Accompanied by parent, guardian, or other adult having care and custody of minor.

 

In performance of errand or duty directed by parent, guardian, or custodian.

 

Returning home from any school dance or school entertainment.

 

Legal employment of minor makes it necessary.
